Most of us are confronted with traumatic experiences at some point in our lives. If we for example donʼt deal with emotional wounding, physical shock or work stress in the moment they occur, we can carry these trauma or unfelt feelings with us for years, stored in our bodies as tension. We tend to keep them closed inside of us, stored away safely.
This afternoon session provides a space for deep healing and opening. We will access these spaces in a physical approach. Supported by cacao and a connected group setting, we will go on a journey of intense breathing that activates these spaces in our body. Some movement and bodywork by Milena will help to trigger physical and emotional releases, and music is guiding us throughout the whole session.
