MYSTIC SADHANA

For the first Half of the workshop we’ll cover the following:

•  Dialogue on the 3 sacred powers as taught in the Andean Mountain tradition.
• Cover the Quechua word “pacha” and its valuable offering for English speaking people.
• Practice “Samin Cha’kuy” one of the primary energy clearing practices of Andean Paqos
• Dialogue on Don Benitos “Seven Levels of Consciousness” and how we can take steps to embody fourt  level consciousness
• Importance of the Qosco (Quechua for Cusco) as an aspect of your energy body in mediating with a living cosmos

After the workshop we’ll integrate what was learned into a hatha style asana flow. Their will be room for group dialogue so come with an imaginative and inquisitive mind.
