New Mystic School – Somato Respiratory

We will be working with breath, touch and movement, as well as making our “declarations”, allowing ourselves to be more deeply embodied and present. We will also be tapping into the energetic wisdom of our bodymind so that it can share its gifts reorganizing us to greater levels of wholeness, coherence and resiliency.
