RESTORATIVE YOGA WITH SOUND HEALING WITH RAGNHILD AND MIRKO

During the workshop we will combine sound healing with complete comfort and support of the body in restorative poses. Through deep
relaxation we open up for the vibrations of the sounds, allowing them to enter our body and mind, and clear out our toxins. This
